Because your purchase is custom-fulfilled by our trusted partners, we follow a clear and fair returns policy designed to protect both you and the integrity of our small business.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order(counted from the time of order confirmation). After this window orders typically enter production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@kaamyaa.com with your order ID and reason.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

Return / Replacement Eligibility You may request a return or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (wrong product, size, or major color variation).
  • You received a product that is significantly different from the product description or preview.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered by Customer.
  • Digital products (unless the file is corrupted or inaccessible).
  • Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display — slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
  • Customized / personalized items.
  • Color shifts due to print technology or material texture.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • These are standard global policies for made-to-order products.

Return Request Window

You must email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Mandatory unboxing video
  • Brief description of the problem

Requests after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Review & Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

  1. We verify the issue.
  2. If approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

If return shipping is required:

  • If pickup is unavailable, you must ship the item back within 2 days using a trackable courier.
  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

After inspection:

  • If approved, a replacement will be issued, OR
  • Store credit (valid for 90 days) will be provided if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds & Store Credit

We prioritize replacements over refunds.

Refunds are issued only as store credit, valid for 90 days.

❗ Cash refunds are NOT available.

(Exception: If an item cannot be produced or shipped anymore.)

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Shipping charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Website processing/platform fees

These cannot be refunded.


Return Shipping Costs

The customer must bear all return shipping costs:

  • Either by paying directly for the courier, OR
  • The amount will be deducted from the store credit if pickup is arranged by us.

This applies to exchanges as well.

International Orders

We partner with verified fulfilment suppliers. Returns and replacements are handled by the respective fulfilment centre based on your location. All quality checks and resolutions are coordinated in collaboration with these partners.

Refunds

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued as store credit, valid for 90 days and can be used on global.kaamyaa.com only.
  • No cash refunds unless a product is unavailable and a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Store Credit Conditions

  • Store credits are valid for future purchases at global.kaamyaa.com, valid for 90 days.
  • They are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
